Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice for a copyright infringement claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the removed material and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
